Coconut Oil Coconut oil leaves no stains. Massaging with coconut oil can soothe and relieve tight muscles. Coconut oil is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and has moisturising properties to keep your skin well hydrated.

Magnesium Oil Magnesium is well known for helping to enhance tissue recovery, reduce pain, improve tendon and ligament flexibility and help break down inflammation therefore easing muscle cramps and spasms.

Birch Oil Traditionally, Birch essential oilhas been used in reducing pain in the joints & muscles. It contains salicylic acid & methyl salicylate which have natural pain relieving and cortisone-like qualities hence making it a great anti-inflammatory.

Cinnamon Leaf oil Studies indicate that cinnamon has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It is reputed to effectively alleviate aches, pains, and stiffness in the muscles and joints and enhance circulation.Rub a small fingernail size amount of balm onto the affected area as needed.

External use on unbroken skin only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on children 6 and under. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Store below 25o celcius. Use twice daily for better results. Do not use if pregnant or breast feeding.
