Shipping
We offer a flat-rate postage fee of $10 (AUS only) for all orders under 5 kg. Orders over 5 kg will incur postage calculated on total weight, using Australia Post’s capital city rates.

While stocks last; we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal or greater value
Offer is limited to one free gift and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
If you return your order, the gift must also be returned in its original, unopened condition or its value will be deducted from your refund
damaged goods
We take care to package your products carefully. On the rare occasion, damage or leakages may occur in delivery. We sincerely apologise if this happens to you. If your item is received damaged, please email us a photo and we will be happy to send a replacement out to you at our cost.

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
Should you require a refund for damaged or incorrectly filled orders, please email us your name and order number, along with the reason and a photo of the issue. We will email you instructions for returning the item. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund or replacement once we have received delivery back. Refunds will be made into the original account you paid.
