DAMAGED GOODS

We take care to package your products carefully. On the rare occasion, damage or leakages may occur in delivery. We sincerely apologise if this happens to you. If your item is received damaged, please email us a photo and we will be happy to send a replacement out to you at our cost.

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Should you require a refund for damaged or incorrectly filled orders, please email us your name and order number, along with the reason and a photo of the issue. We will email you instructions for returning the item. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund or replacement once we have received delivery back. Refunds will be made into the original account you paid.
