Offer immense courage and strength to  sit with feelings that don’t always feel  good. Deeply heart-warming. Despair, sadness, anger, helplessness  are normal responses. They are not  messages of dysfunction, or illness,  but rather helpful messages created when something is not working. Allow  yourself to sit with this information.  By placing a small amount of space  between the immediate feeling and identifying any reactions, or old toxic  thought patterns, you are allowing  yourself to stay present and ultimately  regain control.
